For ARMEX ENERGY a.s., we have recently developed the Ticket Management solution to optimize the communication process with customers


For our long-time client ARMEX ENERGY a.s., we have extended the existing FLEXI IT solution with the Ticket Management, thanks to which the process of communication with the customers becomes optimized.

Using the Ticket Management, customers can now send their requests via the customer portal, using the Call Center, or simply create a specific request by simply sending an email. Communication is based on individual tickets. Many of them are fully automated, saving time, eliminating error rates and speeding up the process of solving each requirement.
