For the company, FREE. Česká republika, we are expanding FLEXI IT with OTE communication

For the energy company, FREE. Česká republika, we will expand the FLEXI IT solution with communication with the market operator (OTE), which is a provider of all-embracing services to individual participants in the electricity and gas market.

The aim of the implementation is to streamline the processing of reading information on electricity and natural gas consumption, where data is remotely downloaded to the reading center for further processing. Then they are checked and the readings are automatically sent to OTE.

The extended solution also includes full support for all supplier change processes, including regular notification.

The FLEXI IT solution is part of the D3Energy solution, which is a comprehensive system for customer service in the energy sector.
