We have recently initiated an implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the company MEDICCO - Vašíček s.r.o.

The MEDICCO has already since 2000 been a reputable supplier of aids for the handicapped. It is offering a whole range of products solving the basic aspects of the life of the handicapped. Mobility, barrier-freedom, lifting and transfer, sitting and home care. The philosophy which the MEDICCO company follows and which has brought it to the position of the one of the biggest companies in the area is the “whole-life partnership with the client”.

The MEDICCO company expects the following from Microsoft Dynamics CRM:
  • Unification of the information about customers at a single spot
  • More efficient control of activities of the sales representatives
  • Reporting of sales, organized meetings
  • Possibility to attach documents to every customer
  • Workflow etc.
