Microsoft Dynamics CRM in MAHA Consulting
(15.8.2008) The company Maha Consulting s.r.o. started in these days to successfully use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
Thanks to the implementation of CRM system the MAHA Consulting has gained customer-related information pooled in one place, where it is available for its further use within the company process. Important is also the interconnection of sales information with the service process, which is of the same importance for the company as the sales process.
Equally important benefit is the creation of reports that used to be elaborated manually, Order sheet, Offer and Service book of maintenance and possibility to work in off-line system, therefore without connection to the local area network.
