PPI Adhesive Products Company Ltd is engaged in the development and manufacture of standard, but also sophisticated self-adhesive products in accordance with the individual requirements of its customers.

This company wanted to use the information system in order to improve the customer relations. D3Soft Ltd has offered a solution that covers all company's needs and requirements, namely the CRM Leonardo solution.

Thanks to the CRM Leonardo the customer has acquired a tool in which he associates a uniform customer database and by means of this system simply performs segmentation, filtering and search according to individual conditions. PPI Adhesive Products Company Ltd. appreciates this tool as an additional benefit to keeping records of the planned and implemented activities, records of the planned and unfinished projects and samples handover. The CRM database was interconnected with database of ERP system in order to create specific reports on sales that are linked with data on projects in CRM Leonardo.
