The D3Soft Company introduced a modern CRM Leonardo Call Centre and web access for the customers to the company Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s.

The Call Centre is the first place, where the telephone calls of the customers are directed. The telephone operators there help them to solve their requirements and either individually or in cooperation with economic, technical or other department. Within the implementation of CRM Leonardo the Call Centre employees received support for separate processing of the customers’ requirements and delegating of tasks within the company was supported. The new Call Centre will also minimize the number of cases, when the customers failed to reach competent people on the phone or their requirements had to be solved in more steps.

Another new positive is the creation of web access for corporate clients that will be able to look into their data. The goal of this self-service communication channel is to provide the possibility of checking of data used for invoicing and thus decrease the number of possible claims as well as the potential sources of dissatisfaction.

Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s. is the supplier of drinking water for the areas of the regions of Northern Moravia and Silesia. It secures its regular and reliable supplies in an unlimited quantity, deals with liquidation of waste water at high technological standard without negative environmental impact. Apart from that it offers an entire series of other services. Its motto is the following: “We want to belong to life certitude of our customers.”
