SPP ENG, Inc. is an independent supplier of natural gas and this company sought to promote its business in the form of an information system which would ensure its entire acquisition process. In segment SME the company decided to implement the CRM Utility which fully covers the acquisition process of so called "presale" customers in the sphere of small-scale consumers and medium- sized consumers. The acquisition includes the first customer contact (through call centre, prospect call, letter, email, etc.) and determination of their interest. The system also ensures the internal process, namely making offers, including pricing of services (commodities) and subsequent preparation of contract and conclusion of contract with customer. Another advantage of CRM Utility is the web application which can be as part of an Outlook client.
