Our registration system is used in a Dance school TS Dynamic

The Dance School TS Dynamic based in Brno provides its clients with courses in different styles and both of dancing and sporting character. The supporters of physical movement in all age categories can come into their own. The school wanted to facilitate booking individual lessons for clients by using the online reservation system.
It was expected that the reservation system that we deployed in the company TS Dynamic should meet two criteria, namely the administrative segment and customer segment.
In the administrative segment we bet on the intuitive operation and we created for this dance school an easy application, where the administrators have to create the types of lessons and assign the lecturers to them. Also in this reservation system the administrators can keep record of participation in individual lessons so who really has taken part in a given course of dance.
The customer segment enables the registered clients to view the schedule of individual courses and to select the one that they would like to attend. A matter of course of this on-line application is the fact that a given client sees all courses in which he is registered. Unregistered client only can see the schedule, but without a proper registration he cannot login in a given course.
This system also automatically sends messages to newly registered clients to inform them about a correct and proper registration incl. the login data.
