For company Vitkovice IT Solution, a.s. we have introduced the monitoring methodology SLA. The introduction of this methodology facilitates the evaluation and fulfilment of service agreements between the partners. The support department Vitkovice IT Solution has a monitoring system that is able to alert to the uncompleted service cases where the contractual deadline set for completion is nearing. As a whole the methodology improves the customer care.

This company has been already our long-standing customer and we are pleased that our cooperation in the field of information technology is constantly developing. The maximum customer satisfaction is one of our main goals. We appreciate that our customers regularly approach us in case of a new development.
