The Call Centrum Module was successfully implemented

(12.1.2017)Toward the end of 2016, implementation of the new Call Centrum Module was finished for our customer, ARMEX ENERGY, a.s.
This module is a part of the FLEXI IT solution, which is already used.
Having a new functionality, the FLEXI IT presently enables full-value on-line operation for operators within their work with customers during both incoming and outgoing calls.
